Travelers aboard the inaugural Vueling flight linking Barcelona and Córdoba: "A long-held fantasy realized"

Javier Gómez Postigo, based in Barcelona, was also on board. But he wasn't just a passenger; he was there to witness the first commercial A-320 to arrive at Córdoba airport - Flight VY 1642 of Vueling.
Noah, a young passenger originally from Córdoba but living in Barcelona, found the new route beneficial for his travel. His friend Nuria, another passenger, shared similar sentiments, finding the direct flight to Córdoba advantageous for her travel as well.
Alicia Cintas, the flight attendant, was honoured to make the first trip on the new route. She is from Córdoba and expects to use the new route in the future as a client to travel to Córdoba more quickly. Interestingly, all the pilots and flight attendants on the flight were from Córdoba.
The new route is set to open up direct and fast communication with Northern Spain. José, an Iberia employee from Córdoba, has been waiting for a direct flight to his hometown for 16 years. He considers the new Vueling route to be a dream come true.
Rosario Gutiérrez, a teacher living in Barcelona, has her family in Córdoba. She believes the new direct route to Córdoba is a tremendous joy as it will allow her to visit family more often without having to pass through Seville or Málaga.
