Timeless Elegance Meets Contemporary Charm: Debut of Hotel Aliée Along the Bosphorus Strait

Alieé Istanbul, the second hotel establishment by international nightclub specialists Paris Society, is set to open its doors on October 1. Located on the Bosphorus riverfront, this new establishment is a stunning blend of historic and contemporary design, with restored 600-year-old dockyard buildings.

The hotel boasts 122 rooms and suites spread out among four buildings, each offering different styles and configurations. One of the unique room styles is the Casthouse, featuring centuries-old stone walls, Turkish textiles and rugs, 23-foot ceilings, and two-story terrace suites with open fireplaces and private gardens. Another room style is the Atelier Building suites, characterized by glass walls and gold accents.

For those seeking a luxurious stay, the Heritage Villa, a three-bedroom suite, was created within a 600-year-old former hammam. This suite includes its own hammam, wine cellar, dedicated boat and captain for excursions, butler, and helicopter transfers.

Dining options at Alieé Istanbul are abundant. Mondaine de Pariso Istanbul, another fine dining spot, offers circular tapestry banquettes, a wrought iron balcony, and chandeliers all bathed in red light. This venue also features performances and stays open until 4 AM. Taste by Thomas Bühner, a Michelin three-star restaurant, is open only on Thursdays-Saturdays and serves a maximum of 18 diners. The seven-course menu includes dishes such as Fluffy Duck 'Carrot / Orange' Carrot Foam and Lobster Boiled In Butter I Vanilla I Carrot I Chilli Oil.

Little House, located in a former royal garden, serves regional Turkish specialties with local farm-to-table ingredients in an all-day menu. Green Corner within Little House offers lighter, plant-forward dishes such as vibrant salads, grain bowls, and cold-pressed juices. The Swim Club offers salads, ice creams, and morning wellness tonics in its daytime menu.

For those seeking relaxation, Alieé Istanbul features a new 4,000 square meter spa with marble hammams, contrast therapy areas, and treatments such as cryotherapy, oxygen therapy, and biohacking. The Longevity Clinic at Alieé Istanbul offers a deeply personalized health journey guided by a dedicated team of specialists using in-depth diagnostics.

Works of art, some created by the Artist in Residence program, are spread throughout the rooms at Alieé Istanbul. Alieé Istanbul is owned by André Balazs, the owner of the Paris Society.

Taste by Thomas Bühner also offers a boat ride with a saffron tea and amuse bouche service onboard before dining. This unique dining experience is not to be missed.

As Alieé Istanbul enters its soft opening phase, it promises to be a must-visit destination for travellers seeking a blend of luxury, history, and culinary delights.
