Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Ranked Third in North America for Customer Satisfaction
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport has secured a prestigious position, ranking third in the nation for overall customer satisfaction, according to J.D. Power's latest North America Airport Satisfaction Report. The Mega Airports category was the category in which Sky Harbor was ranked.
The J.D. Power 2025 North America Airport Satisfaction Report, released on Wednesday, ranked Sky Harbor with a score of 634 out of 1,000. Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport and Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport respectively scored 660 and 649, ranking higher than Sky Harbor. However, it's worth noting that Sky Harbor's ranking remained the same as last year, but its score improved by one point from 633 the previous year.
Interestingly, Sky Harbor was ranked above Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, which scored a 620. This indicates that Phoenix's airport is consistently providing a high level of service, as evidenced by the positive feedback from customers.
