The remote job market has a new opportunity for a Freelance Training Specialist at Magic, a Silicon Valley-based outsourcing platform. Based in the Philippines, this role is ideal for individuals with a passion for training and development, especially in the context of Executive Assistants (EAs).
About the Role
As a Freelance Training Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and facilitate training sessions for new and existing hires. You will also provide backup support to the full-time training team to maintain the quality and continuity of the training programs.

Skills and Requirements
With a minimum of 1 year of experience in virtual training with proven success, you should also have at least 1 year of experience working as a Virtual Assistant (VA) or Executive Assistant (EA), preferably with US clients. Comfortable working night shifts (Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT), you will need to be proficient in Google Suite, Discord, Slack, Google Slides, and Canva. Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is knowledge of training and learning styles and strategies. Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities are also expected.
Preferred Attributes
To excel in this role, you should be flexible to handle various training scenarios on short notice, have rapport-building and clear communication skills, and the ability to break down complex concepts for different learning styles. You should also be capable of maintaining quality under fast-paced, flexible working conditions.
Compensation
The position pays approximately $4.50 per hour.
