Preparing for Winter in Summer: Major Updates to Municipal Infrastructure

In the Berezovsky Municipal District, preparations for the upcoming heating season have been underway, with a significant focus on Novoberyozovsky. This year, 12.4 million rubles were allocated for these preparations.

One of the key areas of focus has been the repair and reconstruction of water and sewage networks. Almost 10 km of water supply networks and 7 km of sewage networks were capital repaired in Novoberyozovsky. Additionally, 12 heat points and 4.5 km of heat networks were updated to ensure efficient heating during the cold months.

The local heat-supplying organization, "Berezovskie Teplovye Seti", carried out two stages of pressure testing in Novoberyozovsky to ensure the safety and efficiency of the heating system. In-house equipment in multi-apartment buildings is also undergoing pressure testing.

Managing companies are actively preparing heating systems in these buildings, conducting necessary cleaning, and replacing old pump equipment with new equipment purchased under an investment program. New equipment for the boiler room was also purchased.

Special attention was paid to Novoberyozovsky, where large-scale network repair and reconstruction works were conducted. In addition to the water and heat networks, a large-scale modernization of communal infrastructure was carried out, including the repair of 9 transformer substations and 8 km of electric networks.

The efforts to improve the infrastructure in Novoberyozovsky have not been without challenges. Two more sections of leaks were found on the heat networks, near the house of Energy Builders, 37, and behind the building of the Palace of Culture "Sovremennik". Specialists are currently working on the elimination of these leaks.

Public spaces in Malyshev are being developed upon the initiative of residents, and these improvements are expected to enhance the overall living conditions in the district.

It's worth noting that hot water supply in Novoberyozovsky was restored earlier than scheduled, in early August, a testament to the diligent work being done by the local authorities and utility companies.

For more detailed information about the heating system repair works, leaks, or preparations in the Berezovsky Municipal District, it is recommended to consult local government bulletins, municipal press releases, or to directly communicate with the district’s utilities department. Such operational and infrastructure updates are usually disseminated through local official channels or news outlets rather than broad national or international sources.
