New systems for safeguarding cargo loads unveiled by Allsafe in the upcoming year 2025 - Nufam 2025

At this year's Nufam 2025 in Karlsruhe, Allsafe is set to exhibit two groundbreaking products: the All2go vending machine for load-securing bars and beams, and the new PAT generation of shoring boards.

The new shoring board, a patent-pending and repairable solution, meets the requirements of the new guideline VDI 2700 Part 3.2 in the current draft. It is designed to support palletized and heavy packaging units, such as beverages, and can be configured with either two or four beams. Allsafe is proud to announce that this new shoring board will be showcased at booth C 404 at the dm-Arena during Nufam 2025.

Another focus at the trade fair is the CRS Ergo system, a solution designed for palletized and heavy packaging units. The system's shoring beams "float" beneath the vehicle roof and can be moved up to the cargo using a spring-assisted lever. The CRS Ergo system has already won the German Sustainability Award for Products 2025.

Allsafe has also applied for the 2026 European Transport Award for Sustainability for the new shoring board. The company is committed to sustainable practices, with the new shoring board using aluminum with a particularly low CO footprint.

In addition to these innovative products, Allsafe is presenting various new approaches to preventing shrinkage at the trade fair. These approaches aim to help users avoid process disruptions caused by missing load-securing equipment and reduce costs. Customers can have defective load-securing elements reused in a closed-loop system with the new shoring board, reducing costs compared to buying new.

The All2go machine is a standard product and is compatible with all of Allsafe's restraint components. Drivers can purchase products from the All2go machine using QR code and smartphone by scanning their freight documents.

Production of the new shoring board takes place entirely in Europe, further emphasising Allsafe's commitment to sustainability.

However, the search results do not provide information on which company received the award for their recycling concept of safety-critical elements in load transportation at the Nufam 2025 event.

Visit Allsafe at booth C 404 at the dm-Arena during Nufam 2025 to learn more about these innovative solutions and Allsafe's focus on sustainability.
