New Christmas Market Opens Near KaDeWe in Berlin
Berliners and visitors alike can look forward to a new Christmas market near KaDeWe on Wittenbergplatz this year. From November 24, 2025, to January 1, 2026, the market will offer a festive atmosphere with stylish white pagoda tents, under the patronage of the Governing Mayor.
Reaching the market will be easy, with several U-Bahn lines (U Wittenbergplatz, U3, U1) and numerous bus lines (M19, M29, M46, N1, N2, N3, N26, 106, 187) stopping nearby. The market promises stage shows and a donation campaign supporting the Berlin Cold Bus and the Berlin AIDS Help.
Visitors can also enjoy a taste of Berlin's winter with beer from the local Berg Brewery.
The patroness of the Christmas market will be announced on October 7, 2025. The market aims to bring joy and festivity to the city, with convenient access and a variety of activities for all.
