In the vibrant heart of Mindanao, the province of Davao Oriental is set to commemorate its 58th founding anniversary on July 1, 2025. To mark the occasion, the provincial government has declared it a special non-working holiday, allowing residents to fully participate in the festivities.

Meanwhile, the city of Mati in Davao Oriental is hosting an exciting event called "Ka'nSayaWit" on June 30, 2025. This celebration aims to showcase local talents, featuring over 40 food stalls, an inflatable playground, the Sayaw Mati Street Beat Brawl, and the Himig Mati Music Fest.

Aside from these celebrations, Davao Oriental continues to attract tourists with its stunning natural attractions.
