One of the top attractions in Stuart is the Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center, a 57-acre nature center focusing on marine life and environmental education. Here, visitors can enjoy interactive experiences with stingrays and other marine animals. The Elliott Museum, known for its eclectic car displays and local history exhibits, is another must-see.

Bathtub Reef Beach, popular for its shallow waters at low tide, is perfect for families. The Stuart Riverwalk, a scenic waterfront area, is ideal for leisurely strolls and dining along the St. Lucie River. The closest airport to Stuart, Florida is Palm Beach International, but direct flights from the UK are not available, making Fort Lauderdale Airport a more likely option. The best way to get around Martin County is by renting a car, with Hertz being a recommended car rental service.
