Minoyaki Pottery:
Dating back over 1,300 years, Minoyaki pottery is one of Japan's oldest ceramics traditions. Known for its diverse glazing techniques, durability, and elegant aesthetic, Minoyaki pottery has been a staple in Japanese culture for centuries. The pottery is frequently used for sake vessels, enhancing the drinking experience through its tactile and visual qualities.
Joboji Lacquerware:
Originating in Joboji, Aomori Prefecture, this lacquerware is celebrated for its natural wood grain and use of urushi (Japanese lacquer). Artisans skillfully apply layers of lacquer, creating beautiful, durable sake cups and trays that reflect a deep connection to nature and traditional craftsmanship.
